Ingredients:

  • Water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1/4th lemon

 

How to prepare:

  • Boil a cup of water and put a green tea bag in it.
  • Add the juice of the lemon.
  • Drink it while it is still hot.

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • A few flaxseeds
  • A pinch of salt

 

How to prepare:

  • Cut the avocado in half, take the seed out, and scoop out the creamy part.
  • Slice a cucumber.
  • Toss the avocado, cucumber, and flaxseeds into the blender.
  • Add a pinch of salt and spin it till you get a smooth, creamy texture.
  • Let it cool in the fridge for a while. You can also add ice cubes to it.
